Easy to use

Product is good as described. Very easy to use and looks simple. I have nothing to compare the results but at least it is cheap and I can start benchmarking. The myotape is great compared to using a regular tape. No need to get help anymore holding the tape.

myotape is great body fat tester not so much

Love the myotape measurer. Simple and easy too use and measures spot on every time. Could never quite figure out how to get the body fat tester to stay consistent but oh well it was the tape I really wanted in the first place.

Fat & Body Measurement

Very easy to use by yourself. I especially like the body measurement. It has a release on it so when you put it on a body part, you just push the button and it closes to the proper measurement. This way your not fumbeling around with a cloth measure tape.

Accumeasure

The myotape gave a differentt measure than a regular tape measure. No instructions came with its use. The % body fat measure came with less than perfect instructions. Based on the illustration, it was difficult to determine where to measure exactly. The claims about the tester was less than accurate. Once you made the measurement, you have to move the indicator to get the measurement, the tester does not do it on its own as claimed. The 2 stars are for the % body fat tester. The myotape was useless. Get a regular tape measure at half the price and wiht greater versatility.

Good measure device

I use to be really skinny (95 lb, 5.02 tall, small frame) but put a lot of weight after I got married (175 lb) My husband likes chubby girls, but I start to have problems with my joints, pain in my legs all the time, and blood presure. I bought both the Accumeasure and the body fat tester. They help you to see where you stand day to day. it will not make you lose weight if you do not change your eating and do not exercise, but it's nice to see improvement daily when you do the right thing. to track what I eat, how much exercise and my measures. The tape is so cool. Yo have to press the buttom to tight around the area you are measuring. The Personal body fat need a little bit to get use to it, but after you know what you are doing, it's pretty easy to use. just pinch your skin, hold the device and press it until you feel the click. It is going down daily. :)
